Really good rooms, with good equipment and friendly staff

Owners are v cool, v friendly, it's a cool space with good gear and facilities. They also have other peripherals you might need, as well as some snacks and drinks to buy. There's a kitchenette, and literally the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a practice space. Very reasonable rates, but advise being organised and booking in advance to make sure there is availability. Rooms are very well kitted out. 2 stacks, bass amp/ stack, basic drumkit, PA with several mics- similar to the backline of a good venue. Actually better than most backlines. Only downside is the gate for the industrial estate. The sensor is tricky, you need to have a car just close enough to trigger it but not too close or it won't open... and it gets stuck if you go through before it's open fully. That's not their fault, though, just something to be aware of.

Smashing rehearsal space with two rooms and great facilities. Tracey has always been so welcoming and helpful if we need anything. Loads of parking and secure. The small room is still a decent size and we don't mind which room we have as both rooms have good equipment. Before I forget, we practiced here in the summer and it's rare to find a rehearsal room that is lovely and cool, so that's a massive bonus for summer time.
