Portishead Youth & Community Centre

A great holiday club experience here. Booked 3 kids in for a tie dye workshop and they were the only ones there! The workshop leader was fantastic going above and beyond to make it a great session and the kids were absolutely stoked with their tie dyed t-shirts. Thanks so much all. Hopefully more people will book next time -this place is such an invaluable resource for the kids of our town.

Portishead Youth Centre is fantastic. All three of my children, aged 12, 10, and 7, attend for different activities, and each one feels welcome, supported, and included. The staff are friendly, encouraging, and create a safe, fun environment where every child can learn, grow, and enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this wonderful place for families looking for a positive space for their children.

I've been here plenty of times over the years either for Friday Fun on a Friday Evening or for Stay & Play Cafe

We had our son's 2nd birthday here and it was the perfect party! When we arrived everything was set up (we booked Stay & Play toys and a bouncy castle), and the food was being prepared (kids buffet). It was a complete no-stress party for Mum & Dad! Alexandra and her party team did an amazing job, attentive but not over-bearing and just worked away in the background to make everything happen smoothly! Our son and his friends had a brilliant time, and we have made very special memories to treasure. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely want to have more family events there. I also often go to the playgroup Stay & Play sessions during the week and Family Breakfast Club. Amanda, Gerry and the preschool team are amazing and make you feel supported and at home. It's like a second home to us! I hope everyone makes use of this amazing community hub and resource as it's such a lovely place to be, all made possible by the wonderful staff and volunteers.

Fantastic place for kids birthday parties, more than enough room for a bouncy castle and soft play. Alex was brilliant with helping me to organise my daughters 3rd birthday, and stepped in to help when I had a couple of issues with my caterers. Superb service, made everything so easy so would use again without hesitation.
