I spent around four hours working with Chris, and from the moment I walked in he put me completely at ease. I was nervous going into the session, but Chris was patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best out of myself. Nothing felt rushed or forced — he worked with me at my pace and really listened to what I was trying to achieve. By the end of the session, we’d put together a full, professional-quality track that I’m incredibly proud of. Chris’s knowledge, calm approach, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and you can tell he truly cares about both the music and the artist behind it. If you’re looking for a studio where you’ll feel supported, respected, and guided to get the best possible result — whether you’re experienced or stepping into a studio for the first time — I can’t recommend Oscillate Recording Studios and Chris highly enough. For avoidance of doubt, this is a five star review. If I could have given six, I would. I’ve just had ten songs mastered by Chris Hughes at Oscillate Studios. These songs were the culmination of five years work and very precious to me. Chris has made them sound absolutely brilliant and provided a dimension I didn’t know existed. From start to finish the whole experience has been extremely positive. Chris is the consummate professional. Aside from being extremely technically astute, he is very good at making people feel relaxed and comfortable. This is a big thing for me as I have an extremely fragile musician’s ego. The whole operation is just very well run in every respect. But most important is the result. My songs sound absolutely superb and I feel ready to release them on an unsuspecting world. Had a wonderful first ever session here today with Aaron. He made my time there relaxing and comfortable and from what I heard produced exactly what I was looking for. He knows his stuff. The booking system was easy and pre session communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

I have never done any recording before, and I was given a half day recording at Oscillate Recording Studio as a gift. I did feel a little out of my depth as I had never done anything like this before, but Chris soon put me at ease. I had an amazing time and came away with my own original songs recorded and edited to an amazing standard. I can't recommend Oscillate enough. If you ever want any recording done, then look them up.
