Hohm Recording Studio

I've recorded and mixed several albums here now with a few different projects, very different sound and instrumentation but Ross is always enthusiastic, endlessly helpful and the studio is a lovely space to work in. Highest possible recommendation!!

I have been recording with Ross at the excellent Hohm studios for several years, in 2 different bands. The studio is modern, clean and the live room is a brilliant space. All the equipment is quality, well looked after and there is enough variation of gear to faithfully capture a range of sounds. Ross is able to get the best performance and sound out of you, whilst offering as much or as little advice as you need. The recording process is smooth and the ease of mixing/making changes is great. Big recommend. 🤘

Hohm is an awesome studio. Beautifully kept with an amazing live room! There is a range of great mics, outboard gear and music equipment to use and Ross is brilliant to work with, adding some extra production notes to the recording if wanted. His knowledge and experience is fantastic as well.

Charm Wrestle recorded our first record at Hohm Studio with engineer Ross Halden in 2024 and had such a great experience we came straight back in 2025 to record the followup and will be back again in 2026 for some more. Hohm has all the equipment you'll need to capture your sound in spacious and inspiring environs with sound engineers who really care about helping you achieve your vision, going above and beyond both in the studio and afterwards. Booking is easy, communication is excellent, if you're coming from out of town like we did then there are plenty of places to stay in Bradford just a short distance from the studio. Can't recommend the place or the people enough. Thanks so much guys and see you again in 2026!

The best studio experience around. I have recorded in many studios but since booking Hohm 4 years ago and working with Ross we have returned again and again with several bands. The studio setup is great and Ross is a highly skilled engineer/producer who is very easy to work with.
