It’s been a real pleasure working with Nick on my song. It took me a really long time to decide what I wanted to do with my song, and he was patient enough to respect my timings. He was really easy walking with him as well, because he completely understood what kind of approach I wanted for my song, and he always came with brilliant ideas or arrangements when I had a blank on it. I've had the opportunity to work with Nick Haquin a few times now and with him it feels like you're creating something wonderful together with a friend. He's very welcoming and his home studio is a beautiful and chill place -- which helps so much to concentrate on the music. It was soon clear to me he has the musical sense and killer technical skill, and he has all the digital tools and has physical instruments present to work with. He produces great-vibe stuff as you can hear, first though I find he listens carefully. Hearing my ideas and aims and then step by step in an open way translating that into music. Already looking forward to the next project!!
