BBC Cymru Wales

How interesting can a BBC tour be? I cynically smirked when asked to go. I was dead wrong. From entering the magnificent building and meeting the wonderful guides I was totally in awe. This is the most technically advanced BBC site in the world and it shows. The 90 minutes flew by and after everyone in my group said how much it had far, far exceeded their expectations. It was the guides of course that had brought it to life. Don’t miss a chance to do this one. Awesome. (and I’m not really a BBC supporter!)

The tour of BBC Studios was terrific. The 3 tour guides (Soph, Jake and Gareth) explained everything so well and gave us a great overview of the radio and TV operations. We even had a chance to appear in our own newsclip. A great experience in the new state of the art building!

Had an amazing time on the BBC Cymru Wales tour with my son! The entire experience was incredibly interesting, informative, and fun. The guides are super friendly. A wonderful day out for parents and kids alike 10/10!

The architectural design of the BBC Cymru Wales building is truly impressive, featuring a modern aesthetic and functional layout that creates an inviting atmosphere. The staff members I encountered consistently exhibited a high degree of professionalism and amiability, contributing significantly to a positive experience.

Lucky to have been able to tour this ~1yr ago. Superb facility but the tours felt incredibly rushed when we went. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable too.
